2134 World city was supposed to be the multicultural marvel of the world. With towering office blocks and dazzling skyscrapers it was one of the most modern structures in the new world. But it had one problem, the crime rate. What started off petty and average escalated into something much more drastic and now masked cloaked figures are threatening the wealth fair of the city and the rest of the world. Will you rise and save World City from harm? Or will you side with the villains and bring the world to ruin.
